Information we collect

ohdingle.ai collects account information, workspace information, connection metadata, and tool execution data needed to provide the service. When you connect Google, email, or another app, we store the authorization tokens or credentials required to operate that connection.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, ohdingle.ai uses Google user data only to provide the MCP connector features you request, such as discovering Gmail tools, reading message metadata or content, and sending messages when you explicitly invoke a send action. Google user data is not sold or shared for advertising.

ohdingle.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we protect data

Connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is scoped to the workspace where the connection was created. MCP tool execution logs are redacted before storage to avoid retaining passwords, tokens, API keys, and similar secrets.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account, connection, and audit data while your account or workspace is active. You can request deletion of your account data or connected app credentials by contacting us.
